Beef Kitchen

Came here for lunch (just walked by) while staying at Shibuya Stream Hotel (which coincidentally it is in the hotel). Glad to have grabbed some Japanese bbq before leaving Japan!

Got the Yakiniki set meal (had beef and pork with egg soup), with a highball of course. Would come back to this place if I was eating along and needed a quick Japanese bbq fix.

Also the one person bbq set is super cute.

Chicago Q

We went to this place before going to The Second City in Chicago.

Had a Prosecco for a drink. Always great.

For the main, got the pulled chicken. I would definitely order it again (but it was a lot). (Adding bbq sauce to it was key). For sides, the Mac and cheese was bomb.

The Original Black Barbecue

We ended up going to this really popular BBQ chain for our Texas experience.

For the picture below, we ended up getting a pound of lean beef, a pound of pork spare ribs, half a pound of fatty beef, and a half chicken (with a pint of Mac and cheese and a pint of green beans).

Honestly, everything was ok (it would have been better if it was less salty). The house sauce helped make the food not taste salty. For the lean beef, I think we can do with less of that next time (half a pound less).
