The William

Went to this place for some fancy drinks in New York City.

The one thing about this place is that it’s small, so getting a reservation ahead of time is recommended. We were, however, able to put our name down (for 3, and sitting at the bar), and waited for 1.5 hours (but waited at Park Avenue Tavern, which was close by).

For drinks, got something called Bad Love (very similar to an old fashion), and also tried the Tuna tar tar. The drink was good. The tuna though was not super fresh.

Hudson Clearwater

Went to this fancy restaurant as the last dinner of my New York trip.

For starters, we got the seafood appetizer platter. Could not go wrong with it.

For my main, got the braised beef. Also a great choice.

For dessert, got the apple crumbled with ice cream. Also great.

Nothing bad to say about this restaurant’s food (my first cocktail though I didn’t like so much, but their old fashion made up for it).

Lolinda

Great place for drinks and tapas (not. Heap, but not super expensive).

The plates to nightlight (although everything pictured below was great): the bone marrow, yam fries, ceviche (shrimp and fish), a tar tar dish (name?) a sweet pudding dish (name?), and the assorted meat plate (name?, except for perhaps the blood sausage. The ribs and regular sausage were great).

For drinks, got an old fashioned and one other drink (not sure of the name).
