Bub’s Dive Bar

So we went here for 4th of July. Great dive bar that is pretty spacious, has the deer shooting arcade game, and the salt curling board game (plus connect 4 and a giant jenga game).

For drinks, I had old fashions, which were pretty good. This place’s specialty though is mules. Had a taste of the American one. It was pretty sweet, but tasted good.

For food, got a side of fries. Definitely hit the spot. Also, had a friend’s potato chips, which tasted home made, and I really enjoyed it (it wasn’t salty, and tasted crisp and fresh).

To end off, we had pickle-backs, which also hit the spot.

Allegro

After a long night of partying, Eric and I went to this place to grab a decent bite to eat.

We ordered a couple of appetizers and old fashioned a, all of which were great. For the apps, we got the meatballs, fries, and a margherita pizza.

Marbl

So we tried this place on Boxing Day since it was the one of the only places open for dinner. And man, I definitely am glad we went here.

We ended up ordering the Marbl share platter, which included a 48oz steak, lamb, scallops, shrimps, potatoes, broccoli with cheese, and fries. Everything tasted great (and I didn’t even mind the lamb). Drink we’re also great (but not sure what I ordered).

Kapadokya

We checked out this place as we were strolling around the El Raval / Barri-Gòtic part of Barcelona.

Overall, food and drinks were great. I had the sangria, friends and chicken wings, and all were good. Also, the place was pretty cheap.
